Zoom Video Conferencing

Zoom Video Conferencing

We are proud to use Zoom video conferencing, which is easy to use even for the most technically challenged!

Join the Pilot

Welcome to Generations Learning

This educational network brings people together to learn. You will be able to visit museums and other places of interest. Talk to experts from around the world on important and informational topics. Meet other learners with similar interests!

All programs are live and interactive. It is easy to connect and you will see and talk directly to others. The software we use interacts with computers and most laptops. You will need a built in camera.

How to Join the Pilot

We are allowing any interested adult to join us in life long learning.  For each video conference listed on the event calendar you will see a Zoom room listed.  Please click on the link and allow the plugin to be installed.  It will automatically find your camera and allow for computer audio.  Enter the room at the time of the conference and you will receive the program and be able to see and talk to the presenter.  Yes, you may ask questions and have those questions answered.

All we ask is that you please email us when you start receiving programs  ellen@genlearn.org.  It is that easy!  Enjoy learning something new!

Here is a video describing what we do and why

I was fortunate to participate in the pilot and found that interactive lifelong learning at home is wonderful. I highly recommend it to anyone. This is learning at it's best, in your own home. I have physical limitations, which prevent me from leaving my home . I have found Generation Learning keeps me connected to the world.
